Payments made after 4:00 p.m. will post the next business day, if you make an online payment after 4:00 p.m on the day before your cut-off date, the Utilities Office CANNOT guarantee that your service won't be turned off.

PLEASE NOTE: If your water service has been turned off for non-payment, DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT ONLINE! You must contact the Utilities Office at 940-723-8697 to determine total reinstatement fee and schedule an appointment to have your service reinstated.
